Barrett Rod Company came about when I was doing some land-based shark fishing, but never really had a rod that catered to my needs. 

After lots of research, development and countless fishing rods built, I finally had a rod that exceeded any store-bought.

At that point, I realized how important it was to have a fishing rod that performed to the advantage of the angler. As time went on,

I saw the need for custom fishing rods in every type of application.

My goal is to help every angler do his or her best every time they hit the water.
