Vertical jigging or high-speed jigging is a very exciting way to

to catch fish and very effective. These high performance rods

must be strong, tuff, flexible and have the correct action to pull

giant fish off of wrecks and reefs.

These small light weight rods have to be built with high quality 

components to withstand the fight of large amberjacks, tuna fish,

groupers, snappers and other large game fish.

 

 

 

Our jig rods come in many styles', weights and actions. Jig rods are classified by the size lure / jig you will be using. Most jigs use grams to classify weight (150  gram, 250  gram, 350 gram and 450 gram) These rods will feature aluminum or graphite reel seats, foam eva grips and heavy duty guides that are able to withstand the heavy drag pressures. Fiberglass and carbon fiber are the two materials that are used to build the blanks of these high-performance rods.
